Winter photo shoot in Interlaken

Winter photo shoot after a surprise engagement near Interlaken. Simon contacted me looking for a photographer in Interlaken. He wanted to propose to his girlfriend and wanted me to film it on his iPhone!!! Which I did. The photo shoot afterwards was why he booked me. He wanted to propose during a photo shoot.

An afternoon with a very nice couple from Thailand. They booked me for one location but were happy to continue at a second location. I can understand how difficult it is for people to book someone over the Internet. It’s okay with me if you want a second or third location after meeting me.

I like to experiment and be creative. The low winter sun offers many challenges. It takes longer to edit the pictures because I have to use Adobe Photoshop.

Second location for the photo shoot with Simon and Dada. We are by the lake. The sun is quickly setting behind Niesen mountain. Suddenly it will be darker and very cold!

Knowing all this information is the reason why you need a local photographer like myself. I gain this information with the experience of several photo shoots. Each photo shoot is different because of the weather.

I am asked about the weather in 99% of the e-mails I receive from my clients. It is difficult to forecast because of the water temperature in the lakes and the high altitude of the mountains. I shall write some more shortly
