I normally reply to a message within 8 hours. It is taking longer during the summer months because I am out nearly every day on a photo shoot. I try to answer e-mails in the early morning or during the evening when I am editing picture.
I live in the European time zone.
I do not answer WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram messages. Sorry, I cannot join in video calls or telephone conversations.
I only communicate by e-mail when booking an assignment. It gives me an accurate record of what we have agreed including the price I quoted you and your details! It’s easier to reply to an e-mail when sending links etc.
