A family photo shoot on Männlichen mountain. The family quickly agreed to a change of location when I found out that they had the Berner Oberland Pass which allows travel on the cableway from Wengen to Männlichen.

The Männlichen mountain (elevation: 2,343 m – 7,687 ft) is located in the Swiss Alps located between Grindelwald and Wengen and Lauterbrunnen. The iconic Eiger, Monch or Jungfrau mountains can be the backdrop.

Check out the website when choosing a photographer. Don’t rely on a friend’s recommendation. Their prices might be higher because they have a lot of travel expenses. A photographer who lives locally is the best option in my opion. They experience the unpredictable local weather and can alternative locations at the last minute. I have seen photographers with their clients wandering around the Männlichen without any idea of where to go.
