Engagement in Iseltwald in January
A surprise marriage proposal on a very cold morning on Iseltwald Pier. It was no surprise that we were alone. Bitterly cold. Andrew went down on one knee and proposed to Margo. After the pier we went to my other locations in Iseltwald. Despite the cold, the couple bravely removed their coats for some pictures.
The blue tint was only for the pier pictures. We were “back to normal” at the other locations in Iseltwald.
My camera (Nikon D850) was set to Auto White Balance and there was a blue tint from the cold air. I used a lot of time afterwards changing the color temperature. However, the couple liked the blue tint and I had to reedit everything!
These were the first pictures I edited on my new Dell monitor. It was delivered with a fault. I wasted a lot of time over the next few days doing all the tests requested by the Dell technicians before they agreed to replace it.
