At the end of February 2026, I headed up to the summit of Grindelwald’s First (2,184 m / 7,165 ft.) for a very special photo shoot. 🏔️

A lovely couple on their honeymoon in Switzerland wanted to capture this unforgettable chapter of their lives high in the Alps. The views were breathtaking, the snow was fresh, and the sunshine was brilliantly bright — almost too bright at times.

Photographing a white wedding dress in strong mountain sunlight can be a real challenge. The reflection from the snow and the intensity of the sun can easily blow out details if you’re not careful. Experience makes all the difference — adjusting angles, exposure, and positioning while still capturing that magical alpine glow.

The result? Radiant images filled with light, love, and the beauty of the Swiss mountains — memories to treasure long after the honeymoon ends. 📸
