The viewing platform on the Harder Kulm is a busy place. The restaurant is also very popular. It is also exposed on a sunny day. It can be a challenge for a inexperienced photographer. Elevation: 1, 322 meters – 4,337 feet More on the Harder Kulm here..
You might have to wait a little time to use the corner of the platform. Other people were in line to take selfies. It was worth it. [Wikipedia]
I would recommend an early in the day visit if you are planning to propose to your girlfriend on the viewing platform. Or late in the afternoon. Check the opening times. It’s a nice place to have a meal afterwards.
You can walk up the mountain from Interlaken or Ringgenberg. Also from the other side of the mountain. Most people take the furnicular railway known locally as the “Harderbahn” [Wikipedia]
Once a month, people can be officially married in the ceremony room on the second floor of the restaurant.
