I had the pleasure of photographing the engagement of Deven and Slater, a lovely LGBTQ+ couple from the USA, as they celebrated their love in the mountains overlooking Lauterbrunnen.
The highlight was the moment Deven got down on one knee and asked Slater to marry him. It was a beautiful and emotional moment, surrounded by the incredible scenery of the Swiss Alps.
Capturing a surprise proposal is always exciting. There’s the anticipation beforehand, the moment the question is asked, and the happiness that follows. These genuine emotions are what make engagement photography so rewarding.
