Wedding Photo Shoots in Grindelwald – Making the Most of Bright Sunshine ☀️💍

A bright, sunny day in Grindelwald might sound like the perfect setting for a wedding photo shoot, but for photographers, it can actually be one of the most challenging lighting conditions.

A white wedding dress reflects a huge amount of sunlight, making it easy to lose detail in the fabric. Add the harsh midday sun, and you have strong shadows and high contrast that require experience to manage.

That’s why I always carry additional lighting equipment with me. It gives me the flexibility to balance the light, soften shadows, and create natural-looking images even in difficult conditions. It is not always possible.
