After the wedding photo shoot at Bachalpsee with a wonderful couple from the USA, we embarked on a 50-minute hike starting from the First mountain summit cableway. The journey began with a challenging 20-minute uphill climb.
We needed to arrive early at the Grindelwald cableway station to get a head start. Bachalpsee is an extremely popular destination. Although the photos appear free of people, I spent considerable time carefully removing them from the background using Photoshop.
The couple had a folding tent that served as a changing room. The bride wore a heavy dress and chose not to change for the hike back. This gave us the chance to take more photos on our way back to the Firstbahn cableway.
This is my third visit to Bachalpsee in 2026, and I have four more trips planned. Gotta stay fit!
