A lovely couple from Hong Kong tie the knot on top of the Männichen summit. Elevation: 2,320 m or 7,612 ft.

The Männlichen is once again open. There is still alot of snow around. The 20 minute uphill hike to the viewpoint known as the “Royal Walk” is 99.9% free of snow. There is snow either side of the trail. Limiting the places we can take pictures.

Another engagement on the Männlichen summit on a nice day.

I like to get to the top before the couple. I like to walk slowly up the mountain trail with my heavy backpack.

I have two prices for this location. One price is for the hike to the top with my heavy backpack. The second price is for a photo shoot two thirds of the way up the Royal Walk trail.

It is possible to get to Männlichen from Grindelwald Terminal by cable car. From Wengen using the cable car with the possibility of standing on the roof for an extra CHF. 5.-.
