It had been a while since I last captured an evening engagement in the Swiss mountains. In August, I was delighted to find enough light to gently illuminate the shadows in the Lauterbrunnen valley.

Capturing an engagement during sunset can be challenging, so we chose not to force it. The colors were unique, and without harsh sunlight, their faces were free from distracting shadows.

I use a Nikon D850, a 45-megapixel camera renowned for its exceptional performance in low-light conditions.
